It's really just simple biology and the laws of nature. All life is born on this planet of ours for just one purpose: to reproduce. To propagate your lineage, and keep the evolution of your species moving forward. It's pure simplicity at it's core: procreation. Example after example in nature often shows that the moment copulation has been acheived, the newly inseminated mother then devours the father. The above examples just show that nature has no use for you once your fertility days are over and that is why we age. Once we are past our prime age of reproduction, our bodies start age acceleration. The older we get, the faster we "age". So even though we can't yet reverse the aging process, I propose that we can indeed slow it down. How? Well, it's probably not very likely that you can keep in "reproducing mode" your whole life. Not that one can't try, but it certainly isn't very realistic now, is it? Nor practical. So, in leiu of having intimate relations each and every day, the most viable way to simulate the physiological processess necessary to keep your body thinking it is in high reproduction mode is..... uh-hmmm.... taking matters into your own hands, so to speak.

And that is the secret. Although many people already partake in the self-solving of their own desires and libido simply for the sake of doing it, now you know the real reason you should do it!
